The club are set to hear offers for the youngster who completed training in January but can only transfer Broja and Maatsen on loan.
While Gallagher. Chalobah. Broja and Maatsen are not sold in this market it will need some changes for them to remain Chelsea players next season.
Chelsea will have to raise funds not only for new signings but also to avoid penalties for breach of profit and sustainability rules.
