Frank Lampard is excited about the great challenge as Chelsea face Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals .
Lampard led his side to the Santiago Bernabeu less than a week after returning to Stamford Bridge as caretaker manager until the end of the season.
Lampard said ៖ This is great. I was lucky to lead the Champions League. It was a great challenge for me personally and for the club.
I think we have to understand the strength of Real Madrid, we have to be disciplined with our game, the closure, the way they threaten, how they like to score goals and how they control the game.
