Former veteran Alan Shearer says rising striker Erling Haaland has scored more than 50 goals after approaching the former Newcastle United star's record .
Haaland scored twice on Saturday in a 4-1 win over Southampton, taking Haaland's goals in all competitions for Man City this season to 44 in 38 games. Of those 30 goals, the Norwegian striker has scored in the Premier League, meaning the former Borussia Dortmund star needs just four more goals to equal Shearer and Andy Cole's 34 goals.
Shearersaid ៖ If he is still fit, Haaland will break the Premier League record I managed with Andy Cole 34 goals a season.
