In his latest tweet Fabrizio Romano a top source confirmed the departure of Anthony Martial at the end of the season.
Martial one of Manchester United longest-serving players will now leave as a free agent at the end of his contract. Romano notes that there is no doubt about his departure a long time ago.
The Frenchman is currently recovering from a number of injuries. He missed most of 2023/24 due to various injuries.
He has scored twice in just three Premier League appearances since joining in 2015. Martial best season came under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in 2019/20 where he scored 17 goals.
So far some Ligue 1 sides have turned down the chance to sign him but Romano is optimistic he will choose a new club soon.
